The Information Centers are operated by Residential Services and offer daily, front line, 24-hour assistance to residents. Gregory's Info Center is located in the Front Lobby of Van Pelt Manor (there is also a reception desk in Class of 1925, staffed by Allied Guards). Your Information Center handles most residential concerns and provides services including:
- Lockout keys
- Recreation equipment
- Maintenance assistance
- Access to house staff and program info
- Local restaurant menus
- Special deliveries pick-up
- SEPTA transit information
- Guest sign-in and passes
