I joined the French House to help make a vegan version of the galette de rois they were making! Lauriane and I coordinated and it was so fun joining her and her students in making this. It was great making the program accessable to people with dietary restrictions and the students seemed to really enjoy it! Lauriane and I plan on coordinating for the rest of the cooking and baking programs this semester for the French house so I can join and help them make a vegan version too!
