My name is Sandrine Faniry. I grew up in France, but my family comes from Madagascar. I will be starting my PhD in French and Francophone Studies at Penn this August, with a particular interest in gender and race topics! I love singing, playing guitar, painting, reading, baking and exploring new places ! Last year, I was part of a female acappella group and two musicals! I am excited to be organizing the French House events this year. Fun fact: My brother's name is Gregory!
