Tempesta di Mare, a Philly based professional Baroque ensemble, is holding a concert in Center City on Saturday (10/20) that I would like to bring you to! They are performing Quartets by the oh so famous Georg Phillip Telemann on period instruments (wooden flute, violin, viola da gamba, and continuo). You don't need to have a clue what any of this means to come along, just a general appreciation for music, or a desire to see something new! I have included a link to one of their previous performances below. The tickets are free with a student ID ($25-40 otherwise, which says something about their level).
