Space Reservation Request Rules
Please note that Gregory is a small community and our seminar and study rooms, recreation areas, yoga studios and the like are for the use of our residents only.
We do not allow our spaces to be used by student organizations, performing arts groups, fraternities or sororities, etc, even if one or more of the members are Gregory residents. There are many spaces available on campus for such use. Therefore any such groups will be asked to leave, even if they have a reservation through a Gregory resident.
Our reservations are for no more than two hour blocks. Please submit your reservation request 48 hours in advance—in particular, reservation requests are not monitored or processed over the weekends.
Please print your reservation confirmation and bring it with you to present to any students using the space when you arrive.
As with all usage of Gregory spaces, please return all furniture to its proper place and remove all garbage. We will assess fines for repairs, garbage removal, etc . (if you note any issues upon your arrival, please have the GA on duty paged immediately).
