Talid has been at Penn for eight years and is currently Associate Professor of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering.  This is his second time at Penn, having completed his undergraduate studies in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry in 1991, after which he temporarily moved north to obtain his PhD from MIT in 1998.  This will be Talid's sixth year as Faculty Fellow at Gregory, and this year he will again be guiding the Gregory Gourmand on dining excursions into the wilds of Philly.  Other interests include cycling (to work off the Gourmand trips) and casual conversation in House hallways at almost any hour.
