| The House’s highest honor, The Joanne T Lucid Award
for Outstanding Contribution to the Gregory College House
Community was established by Professor Robert Lucid in
honor of his wife Joanne, a committed educator and the first
Associate Faculty Master of Gregory. First bestowed at the
close of the 2003-2004 academic year, the award honors an
undergraduate resident, usually a graduating senior, who has
made an indelible contribution to the House during their
time at Gregory. Recipients receive a certificate and cash
prize, and their names are added to the plaque in the lobby
of Van Pelt Manor. |
